Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Contact me if your country is not listed at checkout. Please note: if you live outside of North America, it may take several weeks for your pieces to arrive. I use lots of padding to make sure your purchase gets to you safely. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and packaging of your order.

 

Can you make a custom order for me?

Currently I am not taking individual custom orders- but check back with me, this may change in the future!

 

Are the pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all glazes and clay used are food and drink safe, and each piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. However, gentle, nonabrasive hand washing is recommended to minimize causing stress to the piece. Items that that CANNOT go in the microwave will be stated in the listing.

 


Can I pick up my pieces locally?

Definitely, just choose local pickup at checkout. Please wait for an email with detailed instructions!

 

Do you do refunds?

Refunds or exchanges are not offered at this time and each purchase is considered final. Because each piece is one of a kind and uniquely handmade, it may vary slightly in size, shape and colour. These qualities are expected of handmade pieces and are not considered flaws. Unless the pieces if non-functional (i.e., cracked, broken), orders are not refundable or returnable.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if there are issues upon arrival of your package. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
